Why We Started Gomez Law Firm
Growing up in Miami, our founder saw firsthand how confusing and intimidating the legal system can feel — especially for immigrant families and first-generation business owners who didn't know where to turn. Too often, people made life-altering decisions without proper legal guidance simply because they didn't know a lawyer or couldn't afford one.
Gomez Law Firm was founded to change that. We built a practice focused on estate planning — wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate — because these are the documents that protect families when it matters most. We keep our process clear, our fees transparent, and our communication honest.

Elena Gomez
Founder & Managing Attorney
Elena Gomez is a Florida-licensed estate planning attorney with over 12 years of experience helping Miami families protect their assets and plan for the future. She earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts.
Estate planning is one of the most personal things a lawyer does. I take that responsibility seriously — and I'm honored every time a family trusts me with it.
